Dear customer,

Luxury and Grace will send any item you like to your home-adress.

After you place an order you will receive an email with shipping costs and the question if you want to accept the order or cancel it.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods within 10 days and we will grant you a full refund. Shipping costs will be on your behalf and please send us an email up front with the reason for returning.

The goods must be unused, not damaged and repacked in the original packing. Upon receipt and control our end, we will transfer the purchasing amount to your account and confirm the money transfer date.

It will not be possible to pay with other currency, we only accept euro's. It is possible to pay with your credit-card Visa. Mastercard will be possible in the near future.
